I am a born again Londoner! I moved here just under two years ago and, though it took me a while to settle in, I’ve fallen in love with the city. The theatres, the museums, the shops, the atmosphere, the restaurants…everything about this amazing city! I work with students and I am lucky enough to live in Zone 1 (that’s the centre for those people not acquainted with the city) and I volunteer with some amazing people and have multiple therapy sessions (usually in a restaurant!) with my best friend!
I am now on a mission to live a more healthy lifestyle and this blog is part of that. I’m planning to post photos, recipes and general meal ideas that I come up with in the hopes of shaming myself onto the straight and narrow and possibly inspiring some others along the way.
My mum is a veteran Slimming World consultant (not sure if she’d take offence at the veteran part, but it’s true!) so any Slimming World recipes or meal/snack ideas will be approximately sinned out.
